How do I rent your photo booth?

Contact us to see if the date of your event is available. We will provide you with a price quote which includes the package and options of your choice. You may then download and print the agreement or fill it out online. Payment can be made by check and sent by regular mail or through Paypal online which accepts credit cards and bank accounts. Once we receive the 50% down payment with the signed contract, the date is yours!

Is the photo booth easy to use?

Yes, t is very easy. You simply enter the booth and push either the “color” or “black and white” button. You are then prompted on the screen for your four candid photo shots! Photos will finish printing in less than a minute!

Are copies of the photos available?

You will receive a flash drive that includes all the photos taken at your event so you can get as many prints as you like. Photos will also be online for your guests to download for 30 days. They may download the photos and print them or have them printed. All pictures will be uploaded within 3 days of the event.

What is the prop trunk?

It is a basket full of fun, decorative, crazy, oversized gear to put on before stepping into the booth. If you include this in your add-on options you and your guests will have a choice of putting on large funny glasses, colorful boas, hats of all kinds, wigs, necklaces, eye masks, tiaras and more! Of course the guests that don’t want the extras can just step into the booth and smile!

Can the rental time be extended once the event begins?

Just ask your photo booth attendant if they can stay later. Extended rentals are not guarenteed, but there is a good chance that they would be able to stay. There is a $125 an hour for additional rental time, which must be paid in full before extra hours are started.

What is the memory book?

The memory book is a scrapbook album that your guests can insert the extra set of photos in and write interesting messages next to them! It is a wonderful keepsake for anyone. We will supply all of the necessary utensils.

What is the maximum amount of strips I can have for my event?

The number of trips into the booth are unlimited and therefore unlimited prints are available.

Why are photo booth strips a good alternative for event favors?

A box of mints or a small trinket only last for a limited time, but a picture will last forever. The guests can also get more than one to take home with them! Personalized colors/graphics dates/names and designs can be on each picture. These pictures will be in their personal photo albums and can be looked at and enjoyed year after year.

What if someone else tries to book the date I would like?

We have to reserve the date for whoever we receive the 50% deposit from first. It is very important to fill out and sign the agreement and then send it to us along with the deposit at you're earliest convenience.

Does someone stay with the photo booth for the entire event?

Yes, there is at least one attendant that will set up the booth and take down the booth at the events end. They will also be there to help guests and to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What is the best time to open the photo booth if my event is longer?

We find that earlier is better. This gives the guests something to do during the cocktail hour, especially if the hosts are off doing a photo shoot. If the photo booth rental is saved until later in the evening, many of the guests that leave early, might miss out on the fun!

Can I have the photo booth temporarily shut down during my event?

Some guests may still get up during dinner to use the booth due to the short line. If you would like “idle time” for any reason we can discuss the specific details. We charge $40 per hour during "idle time".

Can the booth be used for any event?

Just about any event. The booth requires a space of 8ft deep x 5ft wide x 6ft high. It also requires 110v, 10amps, 3 prong outlet located within 20 feet of the booth's final location for the event.
